Please read these terms carefully before using ZENOESIM services. By purchasing a plan, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ZENOESIM services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

ZENOESIM provides prepaid eSIM data plans for international travel and IoT device connectivity. Our services are data-only and do not include voice calls or SMS unless explicitly stated. Plans are available for the countries and regions listed on our website.

3. Account Registration

You may purchase eSIM plans without creating an account. If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Purchases and Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified
  • Payment is required in full at the time of purchase
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other listed methods
  • All transactions are processed securely through our payment providers

5. eSIM Delivery and Activation

eSIM QR codes are delivered instantly to your registered email address upon successful payment. You are responsible for ensuring your device is eSIM-compatible before purchase. ZENOESIM is not responsible for activation failures due to device incompatibility.

6. Data Plans and Usage

  • Plans expire when the data allowance is exhausted or the validity period ends, whichever comes first
  • Unused data does not roll over to new plans
  • Plans are for personal use only — commercial resale is prohibited
  • ZENOESIM reserves the right to suspend service for abuse or violation of these terms

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on cancellations and refunds. In summary: unactivated eSIMs are eligible for a full refund within 30 days; activated plans are subject to a 7-day satisfaction guarantee.

8. Limitation of Liability

ZENOESIM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific plan in question.

9. Network Coverage

Coverage and speeds depend on local network availability and partner agreements. ZENOESIM does not guarantee specific speeds or uninterrupted service in all locations.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
